Who is eligible and which sectors are covered?
Damane Express Ilayki is open to enterprises incorporated under Moroccan law that are majority-owned or promoted by one or more women and whose activities involve the production of goods or services. All sectors qualify, with the sole exception of real estate promotion and deep-sea fishing.
What financing is covered, how long does the guarantee last, and what does it cost?
Damane Express Ilayki covers bank loans, leasing facilities up to MAD 1 million, and honour loans up to MAD 300,000, granted to businesses that are majority-owned or promoted by women.
The guarantee remains valid for 18 months for short-term loans, with a commission of 0.5% excluding tax for short-term facilities and a flat rate of 1.5% excluding tax for medium and long-term loans, leasing facilities, and honour loans, with a minimum of MAD 200 excluding tax.
What is the risk ceiling?
The risk ceiling is capped at MAD 2 million per enterprise and per lending institution.
How long does it take and how do I apply?
Damane Express Ilayki guarantees applications are processed within 48 hours through a secure electronic data exchange. Applications are submitted through a bank, leasing company, or accredited association, which is responsible for forwarding the file to TAMWILCOM.
