Enseignement Plus is a guaranteed solution that covers a share of the risk on bank loans granted to students enrolled in private higher education institutes and schools, to finance all or part of their registration and tuition fees. It applies to bank loans for the payment of registration and tuition fees at private higher education institutions. Guarantee coverage is 60% of the loan principal plus accrued interest.
Who is eligible and which sectors are covered?
Enseignement Plus covers the private higher education sector. It is open to Moroccan students enrolled in or admitted to private higher education institutions and schools, who have a legal representative or guarantor who meets the conditions required by the bank.
What financing is covered, how long does the guarantee last, and what does it cost?
Enseignement Plus guarantees bank loans to finance registration and tuition fees in private higher education. The loan term is determined by the bank based on the duration of the academic programme. No commission is charged on the guarantee.
What is the risk ceiling?
Guarantee coverage is set at 60% of the loan principal, plus accrued interest, within the limits set by the bank in accordance with the provisions of the scheme.
How long does it take and how do I apply?
Guarantee applications are submitted through the bank of the student's choice. Files are processed by TAMWILCOM in accordance with the procedures in force once the banking institution has completed the application.
