It applies to operating bank loans tied to the business cycle. Guarantee coverage stands at 60% of the loan principal.
Who is eligible and which sectors are covered?
Damane Atassyir is open to enterprises incorporated under Moroccan law whose activity involves the production of goods or services. All sectors qualify, with the sole exception of real estate promotion and deep-sea fishing.
What financing is covered, how long does the guarantee last, and what does it cost?
Damane Atassyir covers operating bank loans exceeding MAD 1 million. The guarantee remains valid for 18 months in the event of non-renewal, with a commission of 0.5% per transaction, excluding tax, payable upon issuance and upon each renewal.
What is the risk ceiling?
The risk ceiling is capped at MAD 15 million per transaction and MAD 30 million per enterprise, rising to MAD 40 million where applicable conditions are met.
How long does it take and how do I apply?
Damane Atassyir guarantees that applications will be reviewed by TAMWILCOM within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt of a complete file. Applications are submitted exclusively through the bank, which is responsible for compiling and forwarding the file to TAMWILCOM.
